Today is the birthday of our world known as Second Life.
I was able to get a sneak preview of the Birthday sims yesterday evening, thanks in part to the tireless efforts of Harper Beresford. I held off posting any pictures because I didn't want to ruin the surprise for those who were not attending until today.
This is the fourth birthday bash I have attended and, from what I have seen so far, I think this year's builds are the best to date. Everyone seems to have gone all out in their creativity and "unexpected collaborations."
I managed to get in earlier for Philip's opening speech; however, voice was down and chat had stopped relaying to the sim behind the stage where I was located. Either lag was too bad or I had crashed and didn't know it. Hopefully, someone will post Philip's chat so everyone can read what he had to say.
